| Ashton Keynes is a small picturesque village 6 miles north-west of Swindon. A classic country village the places of interest include the church, manor house, the Thames paths and the water channels running through the village, with several of the older houses being accessed by small bridges across the stream.

How to get there From Swindon you can take the A419 to the turning for the Cotswold Water Park and drive along the spine road until you reach the turning for Ashton Keynes. From Wootton Basset, you can take the B4696 road from north towards Cirencester until you reach the turning for the village. There is street parking in the village.
