The Summer Programme – Starts Tonight – Badbury Hill

Badbury Hill is a beech woodland and Iron age hillfort managed by the National Trust. Well known as a bluebell wood, we’re hoping that the bluebells will still be out on the 24th May. As well as the lovely woods, there is a downhill mountain bike trail, walking trails and some nice views over the Vale of the White Horse.

How to get there:
Badbury Hill is 10 miles north east of Swindon on the B4019 at Coleshill, between Highworth and Faringdon. There is a small country side car park which is free for national trust members. No toilets on site.
Accessibility: Access to woodland via a gate. Unsurfaced flat forest tracks, which can be slippery and muddy after wet weather
